At Upbeat Coffee Life we want every cup you brew to be something you truly enjoy.
Because our coffee and tea are fresh food products, our policies are designed to protect both product quality and your experience.
Coffee and Tea
Our coffee is roasted to order and our teas are packaged fresh to preserve flavor and quality. For this reason, coffee and tea purchases cannot be returned once shipped.
However, if something is not right with your order, please let us know.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not required.
In most cases we will provide a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
Non-Food Items
For non-consumable products such as mugs, brewing equipment, or accessories, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged or if the wrong product was sent, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
