Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products at Upbeat Coffee Life may be offered with a subscription or recurring purchase option.

By choosing a subscription purchase, you authorize Upbeat Coffee Life to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the delivery schedule you select during checkout.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at:

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed or roasted for shipment, it may not be canceled.

Subscription Shipments

Because our coffee is roasted to order, once a subscription order has entered the roasting and fulfillment process it cannot be modified or canceled.

Billing

Subscription orders will be billed automatically according to the schedule selected at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when each recurring order is processed.
