Because our coffee is roasted to order, your order is prepared by our roasting partner after it is placed. Fresh coffee takes a little time. Your order is roasted after purchase to ensure the best possible flavor.

Order Processing

Most orders are roasted, packed, and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Because each order is prepared fresh, this processing time helps ensure the highest quality coffee.

Shipping

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

Typical delivery times within the United States are 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Shipping Responsibility

All shipping and delivery services are handled by our roasting and fulfillment partners and their shipping carriers.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Upbeat Coffee Life is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
